" Hi Didrik!
Well, I figured it was probably time to let you know how this diet is going. It has been fantastic in many ways. I eat until full every meal, never feel hungry, and still lost 21 pounds, keeping me at the 200 pound range that I had hoped for. My energy levels have been significantly improved, without the extreme highs and lows. I have been able to progress my gym workouts in weights, sets and reps with no soreness, or adverse response. I have not had any gastrointestinal issues, as I had prior to the diet. My skin is not dry and cracking, as before the diet. I never feel bloated following meals, and do not get as cranky if late for a meal. My recouperation following bilateral hip replacement has been amazing, far beyond what the surgeon expected. I have no desire to add new foods, due to feeling better than I have in 15 years, and all the foods being what I Iike anyway. I have suggested this routine to my brother who has similar connective tissue disorders, due to the significant success I have experienced. I hope all is well with you. THANK YOU for getting my life back on track. As an athlete, I need to stay active, and enjoy an active lifestyle. You have been a major contributer in meeting this goal!!
